Guys , I am in need of assistance on simplifying expressions, adding exponents, hyperbolas and graphing parabolas. Since I am a novice to College Algebra, I really want to learn the bedrocks of Basic Math fully . Can anyone suggest the best resource with which I can begin reading the fundamental principles ? I have a midterm next week.

You can check out Algebrator. This software literally helps you solve questions in math very fast. You can plug in the questions and this product will go through it with you step by step so you will be able to understand better as you solve them. There are some demos available so you can also get to know how incredibly helpful the program is. I am sure your tic tac toe factoring method can be solved faster here.

I discovered a a few software programs that are relevant . I checked them out . The Algebrator seemed to be the most suitable one for perfect square trinomial, relations and distance of points. It was also easy to manage. It took me step by step towards the answer rather than only giving the solution. That way I got to learn how to explain the problems too. By the time I was done with it , I had learnt how to solve the problems. I found them of use in Pre Algebra, Basic Math and Basic Math which helped me in my math classes. May be, this is just what you need . Why not try this out?

This site will give you details: http://www.algebra-help.org/solving-a-system-of-three-linear-equations-by-elimination.html. I think they give an absolute money back guarantee, so you have nothing to lose. Best of Luck!

Algebrator is the program that I have used through several algebra classes - Remedial Algebra, Remedial Algebra and Remedial Algebra. It is a truly a great piece of algebra software. I remember of going through difficulties with difference of squares, distance of points and factoring polynomials. I would simply type in a problem from the workbook , click on Solve – and step by step solution to my math homework. I highly recommend the program.
