I've always wanted to excel in third square root, it seems like there's a lot that can be done with it that I can't do otherwise. I've searched the internet for some useful learning tools , and checked the local library for some books, but all the information seems to be directed to people who already know the subject. Is there any tool that can help new people as well?

Have you ever tried Algebrator? This is quite an amazing software and helps one in solving third square root questions easily and in a short time.

I agree, websites on the internet are no better than the college books. Algebrator is a good method to start your math career.
